Presenters will also discuss thorough investigations of these difficult cases and ways to go forward with prosecution regardless of whether or how a victim testifies in court.\r\n\r\nParticipants will be better able to:\r\n\u2022 identify the incidence, prevalence, and impact of stalking;\r\n\u2022 use the SLII Framework to identify the full range of stalking behaviors;\r\n\u2022 identify the intersection of stalking and domestic violence;\r\n\u2022 utilizing the SHARP assessment, identify the 14 risk factors in stalking cases;\r\n\u2022 encourage victim participation by meeting needs;\r\n\u2022 implement trauma-informed strategies that enhance victim safety and participation.\r\n\r\n——————————————-\r\nCoffee, beverages, and snacks will be provided.
