Survivors often face significant physical, emotional, legal, and financial challenges. At our agency, we are committed to providing comprehensive, trauma-informed support for survivors of all forms of human trafficking\u2014whether the exploitation occurred recently or years ago.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Our services are free, confidential, and available to survivors of all ages and backgrounds, regardless of immigration status or past involvement in the legal system. While in shelter, survivors have access to:<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"marg-bottom\">\r\n<li>Clean, secure accommodations<\/li>\r\n<li>Nutritious meals and hygiene supplies<\/li>\r\n<li>Clothing and personal care items<\/li>\r\n<li>24\/7 emotional support and safety planning<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Our shelters are a place of rest, recovery, and renewal\u2014where survivors are treated with dignity and respect every step of the way.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"hthalf turq\">\r\n<h2>SOARing in Mississippi<\/h2>\r\n<p>We are proud to partner with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/USMCHRT\">University of Southern Mississippi\u2019s Center for Human Trafficking Research and Training (CHRT)<\/a> as part of the <strong>SOARing in Mississippi Initiative<\/strong>\u2014a statewide effort to improve services for survivors and strengthen anti-trafficking response across Mississippi.<\/p>\r\n<p>Through this collaboration, we:<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"marg-bottom\">\r\n<li>Enhance our service delivery using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices<\/li>\r\n<li>Participate in cross-sector trainings and capacity-building<\/li>\r\n<li>Contribute to research and data-informed solutions<\/li>\r\n<li>Expand survivor access to coordinated care and long-term resources<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>This partnership helps ensure that survivors across Mississippi receive consistent, compassionate, and high-quality support\u2014no matter where they are in their recovery journey.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row\">\r\n<div id=\"demos\">\r\n\t\t\t<div id=\"dv-1\" class=\"card card-min htserv\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"card-top-before\"><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"card-top\"><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"card-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<h3>Legal Services<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t<p>We offer free, confidential civil legal services to help survivors of human trafficking navigate complex legal issues. We assist with safety planning, emergency shelter, legal advocacy, healthcare referrals, and rebuilding independence. We provide a confidential, compassionate space to process trauma, manage stress, and begin healing at your own pace.
