The mission of the Gulf Coast Center for Nonviolence is to support and serve victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and survivors of homicide victims, educate the community, and act to reduce incidents of violence.
For about $21 per day, a victim of domestic violence can receive safe shelter, meals, clothing and personal hygiene items, child care, transportation, phone and computer access, and a comprehensive array of counseling and support services.
Volunteer your time and talentsWe are always in need of community volunteers to help with donation pickup, child care and activities, working information booths and community events, or providing classes for our life skills group. Volunteers can also be trained to become sexual assault advocates.
Join in the fight to end intimate partner violenceFighting to end domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking takes all of us. Learn how you can help become an advocate for victims and join the campaign to stop the violence.
