Human trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery that exploits individuals through force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of labor or commercial sex. Survivors often face significant physical, emotional, legal, and financial challenges. At our agency, we are committed to providing comprehensive, trauma-informed support for survivors of all forms of human trafficking—whether the exploitation occurred recently or years ago.

Our services are free, confidential, and available to survivors of all ages and backgrounds, regardless of immigration status or past involvement in the legal system. Each survivor’s journey is different, so we work with every individual to create a personalized plan for safety, healing, and long-term stability.

Emergency Shelter

We provide immediate access to safe, confidential emergency shelter for adult trafficking survivors fleeing dangerous or unstable environments. While in shelter, survivors have access to:

  • Clean, secure accommodations
  • Nutritious meals and hygiene supplies
  • Clothing and personal care items
  • 24/7 emotional support and safety planning

Our shelters are a place of rest, recovery, and renewal—where survivors are treated with dignity and respect every step of the way.

SOARing in Mississippi

We are proud to partner with the University of Southern Mississippi’s Center for Human Trafficking Research and Training (CHRT) as part of the SOARing in Mississippi Initiative—a statewide effort to improve services for survivors and strengthen anti-trafficking response across Mississippi.

Through this collaboration, we:

  • Enhance our service delivery using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices
  • Participate in cross-sector trainings and capacity-building
  • Contribute to research and data-informed solutions
  • Expand survivor access to coordinated care and long-term resources

This partnership helps ensure that survivors across Mississippi receive consistent, compassionate, and high-quality support—no matter where they are in their recovery journey.

Legal Services

We offer free, confidential civil legal services to help survivors of human trafficking navigate complex legal issues. Our advocates can assist with protection orders, identity document recovery, custody matters, housing rights, and more—empowering survivors to regain control and move forward with safety and stability.
